General Order Information
Artwork
Email artwork: send to (sales@cavatinaelite.com) in the following PC or MAC versions: Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop in EPS, TIFF, AI formats. a fax printout of the art must be sent with the purchase order. Scanned art must be 600 DPI or better and all fonts and/or placed images must be included and 'converted to outlines’ (or curves) prior to e-mailing. Art touch-up: for email or general art $30.00 (g) minimum charge. Typesetting: $10.00 (g) minimum charge. Orders will be charged 50% of total amount upon artwork approval. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of shipment.
Orders
Cavatina Elite sends acknowledgments to orders via email. Cavatina Elite will hold POs for one business week to account for any delays in processing, including delayed payment or artwork issues. Changes to order and/or artwork: submit by email and confirm verbally with Cavatina Elite. If work or services are already performed on the order, additional costs may incur. Cancelled confirmed orders: submit by email after verbal confirmation with Cavatina Elite. $30.00 (g), plus any production charges incurred up to that time. Completed orders and/or rush services are not subject to cancellation. MOQ is listed on each product page. Minimums may be higher for custom products/colors Blank products may be available at a lower MOQ. Please discuss with your Representative.
Special services
Rush service is available for select items. Additional charges will apply. Confirm at time of order. Please call and discuss production times and pricing with your Representative before placing a rush service. Approved rush services are not able to be canceled. Gift wrapping: customer provides paper, $3.00 (g) per piece. Card/message insertion: $0.30 (g) per piece. Customer must provide inserts.

Samples & Proofs
Paper proofs: Free for the first e-mail proof, further correction will be billed at $20.00 (g) each. Random or blank samples: Billed at end column pricing. Pre-production samples: Billed at individual item cost, plus set up charge and freight costs.
Payment and Terms
First-time orders must be charged to a Credit Card or paid in advance. Net 30-day credit terms for pre-approved existing distributors only. Payment methods: Company Check, ACH direct deposit, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 50% of the order will be charged upon artwork approval. The remaining balance of order will be charged on the day of shipping. Full payment must be received before order ships. Past due invoices subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. Orders paid with foreign checks may be subject to additional fees. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35.00
Warranty
All products are guaranteed a One-year limited warranty. (From date of shipment) Warranty is against defects in material and workmanship when the item is used as intended. If you have a claim over something incorrect with your shipment, please contact Cavatina Elite within 3 business days of delivery.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before shipping back to Cavatina Elite. Request must be submitted to your Representative within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Restocking fee of 25% of total on any unimprinted merchandise if returned within 30 days in new condition. Custom printed items are not returnable.
Trademark Notice
Designs and trademarks herein are for the sole purpose of displaying our imprint capabilities. They are not intended to represent endorsements by the individual companies, nor are they for sale. Cavatina Elite assumes that logo artwork is submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws governing copyright and trademarks. Purchaser, by placing the order, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Cavatina Elite harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision remains in effect after the delivery of an order.
